Rupeek Off Campus Drive 2025 – Business Analyst/Software Development Engineer I

As a Business Analyst at Rupeek, you will work with large data sets to generate actionable insights, build scalable reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, conduct root cause analyses, and track business performance to drive measurable impact across teams. As a Software Development Engineer I, you will: Work closely with Senior Engineers to design, implement and deploy applications that impact Rupeek’s business with an emphasis on Mobile, Payments, Core Platform and Analytics. Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes that meet requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to development goals and principles. Must be able to independently design code and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.

B.E/B.Tech/Dual degree/MBA qualifications are eligible to apply for this position.
