Rockwell Automation Off Campus Drive 2026 – Engineer

Rockwell Automation is looking for an "Engineer in Trainee (EIT)" to undergo a structured 1-year training program which includes classroom trainings as well as job rotations in multiple functions. Candidates will initially report to the Regional Training Business Manager, AP and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India and after completion of training program, they will report to their functional manager depending on your career path selection in the rotation program. The role involves supporting manufacturing industries in their innovate, Design, Operate & Maintain lifecycle phases, visiting manufacturing industries to deliver projects or services, developing & delivering Digital Transformation solutions to manufacturing industries, Cybersecurity & Network solutions to industries for secure & sustainable operations, Automation products & software project programming and commissioning, Automation products & software services including troubleshooting and maintenance, and Automation / MES Project Design & Development.

B.E./B.Tech graduates from the 2025 batch specializing in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. Fresh graduate / Less than 12 months experience in the field. Adequate knowledge of core Electrical and Electronics engineering concepts. Basic understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and programming languages e.g. C, C++ etc.
