As a Trainee Engineer, your primary focus will be learning our ecosystem and contributing to live projects. Your duties include: System Development: Understand client requirements to build and configure high-quality systems or codebases. Problem Solving: Gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues and applying analytical techniques to resolve bugs. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), company policies, and project documentation. Collaboration: Work professionally with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and organizational objectives. Continuous Learning: Acquire expected competency levels within defined timelines and utilize the company’s global knowledge systems. Process Improvement: Proactively provide ideas and suggestions for process enhancements to drive organizational growth. Performance: Consistently meet or exceed defined productivity levels while ensuring all work meets rigorous quality standards. We are looking for highly motivated and talented Trainee Engineers from the 2025 graduating batch with a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science and a minimum of 80% marks or 8.0 CGPA (applicable to 2025 graduates only) to join our dynamic technical team. B.E/B.Tech (computer science) qualification with 80% or above / CGPA of 8.0 and above (applicable to 2025 graduates only). 0 – 1 years of experience in Software Development preferably work experience. Must have completed formal training with certification in at least one of the following: Java, Python, React.js, DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, etc.), Software Testing (Manual or Automated). Additional skills preferred: Basic Clinical Domain and Database Knowledge.
