HCLTech is hiring for the Software Developer/Graduate Trainees/Senior Management Trainees. Software Developer: To develop & deliver codes for the project/ work assigned by following established standards of quality and delivery SLA. To maintain the existing project by resolving/troubleshooting/debugging issues occurring in the existing project/application. To understand client requirements and accordingly develop code to create required features. Graduate Trainees – Finance/Financial Shared Services: Focus on finance-related tasks within HCLTech. Senior Management Trainee: A role involving strategic management and financial expertise, requiring strong technical skills and knowledge of financial markets.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech/B.Com/B.Com (Hons)/BBA/MBA qualifications are eligible to apply. For Graduate Trainees – Finance/Financial Shared Services: Qualifying Degrees: B.Com/B.Com (Hons)/BBA – Finance. Graduation Years: 2024 & 2025. Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation. For Senior Management Trainee: Education Background: MBA in Finance Batch (2025), along with BTech/BE/MCA in Information Technology in UG. Eligibility Criteria: 60% or above throughout 10th,12th and Graduation.
