Role: HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience Working Days: 6 Days a Week Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews • Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely follow‐ups • Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Achieve defined sourcing and recruitment targets • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Work effectively in a fast‐paced, target‐oriented environment

• Any Degree/12th qualification
• 0 – 5 Years experience
• Fluent in Malayalam language and should be able to understand English
• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8hrs work and 1 hour break
• Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy
