HCLTech is hiring for the Graduate Engineer Trainees/Global IT Service Desk Analyst/Global IT Service Desk – L1 Analyst. Global IT Service Desk – L1 Analyst: A role for providing IT support to users, focusing on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, requiring strong communication skills for international support. Global IT Service Desk Analyst: A role involving client-facing support, stakeholder management, and back office operations with voice support or IT service desk experience. Graduate Engineer Trainees: A trainee role for Mechanical Engineering graduates (PG Batch 2026) offering project opportunities across India.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with Any Degree/M.E/M.Tech qualifications are eligible to apply. Global IT Service Desk – L1 Analyst: 6 months – 4 years of IT Service Desk/Ticketing (Voice Support) with strong troubleshooting skills (Hardware/Software/Network). Global IT Service Desk Analyst: Any Graduation (must), Min. 6 Months to 3 Years experience, Excellent English Communication (must). Graduate Engineer Trainees: M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical) – PG Batch 2026, 65%+ in 10th, 12th, UG & PG, Open to PAN-India relocation.
