• Job Role: Merchant Risk Analyst – I (Australian–Card disputes & Chargeback)
• Qualification: Any Graduate (Full Time)
• Experience: 1 – 2 Years
• Candidate should have mandatory Australian process or International Experience

Designation: Senior Process Executive

Merchant Risk Analyst‐I (Australian‐Card disputes & Chargeback):

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Full Time)
• Experience: 1 – 2 Years
• Candidate should have mandatory Australian process or International Experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct merchant due diligence, background checks, and risk assessments.
• Review credit reports, financial statements, and transaction histories.
• Monitor merchant transactions for fraud, chargebacks, and unusual activity.
• Recommend merchant approvals, limits, reserves, or risk mitigation measures.
• Investigate fraud cases, policy breaches, and risk-related incidents.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Banking Partners, and Merchants.
• Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and underwriting standards.
• Prepare risk reports and escalate high-risk cases when necessary.

Client Management:

• Maintain positive relationships with merchants and business partners.
• Communicate risk decisions and compliance requirements clearly.
• Support merchants through risk reviews and remediation activities.
• Balance customer experience with risk and compliance objectives.

• Any Degree
• 1 – 2 Years experience (for Merchant Risk Analyst – I)
• Immediate Joiners to 15 days
• B.COM/BBA/BBM (For Process Executive role)
• Freshers welcome
• Must be graduates, having all orignal marksheets with provisional/ degree certificate.
• Excellent communication in English is preferred.
