Responsibilities: As a Trainee Engineer, your primary focus will be learning our ecosystem and contributing to live projects. Your duties include:

  • System Development: Understand client requirements to build and configure high-quality systems or codebases.
  • Problem Solving: Gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues and applying analytical techniques to resolve bugs.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), company policies, and project documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work professionally with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and organizational objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Acquire expected competency levels within defined timelines and utilize the company’s global knowledge systems.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively provide ideas and suggestions for process enhancements to drive organizational growth.
