Designation: Executive & Sr Executive (International / Domestic)

Customer Support Executive:

• Qualification: HSE

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Freshers to 4 years of Experience in Outbound and Inbound calls with excellent communication.
• Candidate should be strong in communication.
• Should be speed in typing.
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts

Domestic Process Salary:

• Freshers – 2.25 LPA
• Malayalam – 3.6 LPA MAX
• Kannada – 3.7 LPA Max
• Hindi – 3.5 LPA Max
• Tamil/Telugu – 3.3 LPA Max

International Process Salary:

• Freshers – 3 LPA
• Experienced – 4 LPA max

Notes:

• Process: Voice & Non-voice

International Voice Process:

• Qualification: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered)
• Languages Known: English with any other Language
• Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Fresher or Experienced in Outbound or Inbound call/chat with excellent communication.
• Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
• Only Immediate joiners.
• Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
• Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
• Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

Note: Candidates from Chennai location will be preferrable or willing to relocate within the boundary limit.
