Facilitator (Career Awareness)

This role drives the career awareness & mentoring initiative of Bright Future called 'Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad'. The purpose of this role is to work with the youths in the age group of 14 to 25 years (called as aspirants) and build their awareness of career . The Facilitator will be leading administration, scoring and interpretation of Bright Future's.ResponsibilitiesConduct workshops and sessions on designing a career path & provide 1:1 counseling.Discussing career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.Assist the Social Worker in mobilization of youth for the 'Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad' programme.Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in the stakeholder engagement activities planned at the center (led by Social Worker/Project In-charge) to ensure participation of stakeholders in programme.Lesson Planning and Facilitation for career readiness sessions which are a part of the 'Step to Livelihood - Buniyaad' programme.Conducting career interest tests, analyzing the scores and preparing career interest test reports.Maintain documentation on the program to be inputs into the monitoring and evaluation system.

Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Education, Social Work, or a similar field can lead to a Post-Graduate Diploma or equivalent course in Counselling/Mental Health/Career.Master's degree in Counselling/Mental Health/Career Counselling.
