Intake counsellor

Job Responsibilities

•Handle Incoming and Outgoing calls •Create client profile and register the client •Do intake or pre counselling and fix an appointment for the client •Handle email communications received from both Internal and External client •Handle Website requests •Coordination with various teams and counsellors on and off basis •Documenting queries and maintaining work logs/Reports •Handling Grievances and escalations •Adhere to daily and monthly Roster

•Good Communication skills, able to manage multiple languages (English and Hindi Mandatory) •Highly Flexible with shifts (24/7 work model with Rotational weekly Offs) •Good with negotiation skills.

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Clinical Psychology.
• Good Communication skills, able to manage multiple languages (English and Hindi Mandatory).
• Basic Knowledge of MS Office.
• Should be good with multi-Tasking and able to work under pressure.
• Quick Learner and should have empathy in conversations.
• Apt to work on a Virtual mode.
