Pre Primary Facilitator

21K Early Years Learning Centre (21K EYLC) is hiring for young, energetic & dynamic pre-primary facilitators who will be responsible for adding the 'fun' in learning and ensuring that each child enjoys the school experience.

Responsibilities of Pre School Teachers:

Understand the vision and purpose of the School and align with the academic culture of the School.

Research, Understand and Prepare Lesson Plans

Conduct Classes as per timetable including any substitutions assigned for the day maintaining the standards of teaching and student engagement

Effectively use different learning resources and platforms provided by the School aligned with learning objectives.

Plan, prepare and execute continuous informal and formal assessments of students

Report on the progress of the child through assessments and anecdotal records as per School's Standards.

Collaborate with other teachers for smooth functionally.

Attend training and professional development programs as and when planned

Proactively respond to parent's communications and concerns 

Prepare and conduct Parent Meetings

Actively plan, participate, and train students for various activities and events of the school

Ensure compliance and adherence to School's policies including child safety and cyber security

Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

NTT degree from an accredited university/ ECCED course mandatory.

Requirements

2-3 years of teaching experience in pre school.

Highly developed oral and written communication skills

Ability to build relationships effectively and professionally with students

Experience developing and implementing curriculum
