Your Role

We @ 2Factor.in have an immediate opening for Tech Support role to address customer queries ( Technical queries related to integrating SMS / Voice & Email APIs into third party applications ) and Issues / customer queries with respect to debugging SMS delivery issues.

Candidate is expected to have a thorough work experience in PHP + MYSQL + UNIX.

Knowledge on SMPP Gateways ( Kannel / Jasmin SMPP ) and prior working experience in a messaging (sms gateway company ) would be a plus point
