Role: Support Engineer – 3D Printing & Maintenance

Location: Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Operate and manage 3D Printing services for customers
• Troubleshoot & repair 3D Printers, ensuring smooth operations
• Assist customers with technical support (email, chat & calls)
• Perform basic 3D Design & modifications for printing jobs
• Optimize print settings for best output quality
• Maintain machine health and conduct routine servicing

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in 3D Printing , machine maintenance, or technical support
• Hands-on experience with FDM/SLA 3D printers (Assembly, calibration & troubleshooting)
• Basic 3D Design skills (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills to assist customers effective
