Technical Support Engineer Trainee

3Ding manufactures & supplies 3D Printers all over India. 3Ding is looking for Young Engineers with backgrounds in Electronics/Mechanics with problem solving skills to debug & solve problems arising in 3D Printers. Job Responsibilities involve..

• Working with problematic machines (both internal & clients), debugging & resolving them fast - issues can be mechanical, electrical, electronics or software.

• Should possess good written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients professionally.

• Helping novice clients understand the technology & getting them started

• Filing reports about the issues faced by customer and update the R&D team with customer feedback.

• Staying up to date with current trends & competition in the industry.

• Should be able to work in a multidisciplinary team and should be flexible to work on weekends, when required.

• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps for easiness of the end users.

• Travel to client locations when required for installation, training & support whenever required.

Requirements

• Candidates MUST be from Chennai (preferably in 15 mins radius of Ambattur)
• Male Candidates are preferred for this job.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or similar can apply.
• Experience of 1-2 years in the field of technical support will be a big plus.
• Freshers with good communication skills, ability to grasp things quickly and effectively can apply.
• Communication is the key - Excellent Oral & written (email) communication is a must.
• Being Confident adds value.
• Additional Technical background adds value.
• Should be able to work without monitoring.
