Description
Performing Verification and Validation testing on 42Gears products. Setting up customer environment for seamless installation of 42Gears products. Troubleshooting product issues and providing technical solutions to customers. POC with clients for addressing their technical and business requirements . Analysis of 42Gears products for strengths and USPs. Customer communication and ownership. Conduct product and technical training for sales team and attend trainings/conferences as and when conducted. Travel to customer locations, India and abroad, for meeting , deployments and troubleshooting. Ownership of Problems /Issues/Defects Ticket until resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle Knowledge on Database concepts & using SQL Knowledge of database - SQL Server Understanding of XML, XSLT.
