BIM Modeler ACS

As a BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of construction by creating detailed 3D models and leveraging the power of Building Information Modeling software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural using Revit tool.
• Prepare layouts based on design and project requirements.
• Coordinate and integrate models from different disciplines to ensure design consistency and clash-free project delivery.
• Update, manage, and maintain BIM data throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring model accuracy and version control.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements are met.

Requirements

• Diploma or B.Tech in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on ACS systems.​
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
