MEP BIM Modeler

We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Modeler with a specialization in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop 3D MEP models using Revit, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural designs.
2. Prepare accurate drawings, schedules, and coordination documentation to support design and construction teams.
3. Coordinate with engineers and designers to resolve simple design clashes.
4. Maintain accurate project models and follow company BIM Standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proficiency in MEP-specific BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit MEP).
