Human Resource Intern

As an HR Intern – at 8 Views, you'll play a key role in supporting our HR team with various recruitment tasks. You'll gain hands-on experience throughout the hiring process, from posting job advertisements and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates. Assist in the recruitment process, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone to assess qualifications and interest. Scheduling interviews and collecting feedback from interviewers. Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Basic understanding of recruitment process. Graduates with a Bachelor's degree or those who have completed a Master's degree. Previous internship experience in a relevant field is a plus.
