Job Overview:

Aarna Systems is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions and be able to contribute to a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
• Payroll & Compliance: Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking .
• Performance Management: Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure smooth HR processes.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and company guidelines are effectively communicated and followed.
• Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and provide resolutions in coordination with management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in an IT/Digital Marketing company is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools.
