Manager - Corp Sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Manager – Corporate Sales to grow ekincare's employee health benefits business across corporates, HR tech ecosystems, and healthtech/insurtech partners. The individual will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — building relationships with HR leaders and benefits decision-makers, and establishing ekincare as a trusted partner for workforce health and wellness.

This is an individual-contributor, high-activity sales role suited to someone comfortable being on the field, building a pipeline from scratch, and closing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

•        Prospect, identify, and acquire new corporate clients for ekincare's health benefits platform.

•        Own and drive the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.

•        Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across target segments.

•        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new-business targets.

Relationship Building

•        Build relationships with HR leaders, benefits/total rewards teams, and relevant decision-makers.

•        Engage with channel partners such as insurance brokers, HR tech platforms, and healthtech ecosystem players to generate referrals and co-sell opportunities.

•        Represent ekincare confidently in client meetings, product demos, and pitch presentations.

Consultative Selling

•        Understand client requirements around employee health benefits, OPD, wellness, and insurance utilization.

•        Position ekincare's platform and services clearly, mapping features to client needs.

•        Prepare proposals, commercial structures, and presentations for prospects.

Reporting & CRM Discipline

•        Maintain accurate, updated pipeline data in Zoho CRM.

•        Track deal progress, forecast revenue, and share regular pipeline updates.

•        Use data and funnel metrics to prioritize effort and improve conversion.
