Manager- Operations

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to oversee and manage our Occupational Health initiatives. The OHC Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality health services to our clients, while also implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Position: Occupational Health- Manager, Operations

Location: Hyderabad 

Reporting to: Vice President- Operations

Responsibilties:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Occupational Health Centre, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of healthcare professionals and support staff.

• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of care.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions.

• Ensure adherence to relevant health and safety legislation and guidelines.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Prepare and present reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, and health metrics to senior management.

• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Operations, and Health & Wellness, to integrate services and initiatives.

• Work closely with external healthcare providers and vendors to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Occupational Health, Nursing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing healthcare operations, preferably in an Occupational Health setting.

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
