Job Description

Job Title: Principal Analyst – Total Rewards

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Reporting to: Manager – Total Rewards

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The role will primarily be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of total rewards programs including designing and executing competitive benefits strategies & recognition framework to attract, retain, and motivate top talent while ensuring alignment with company's objectives and culture.
The incumbent will partner closely with HR Business Partners, People Services, finance, legal, external vendors, and global Total Rewards teams to drive program effectiveness, governance, compliance, and employee experience.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Own the design, governance, and continuous enhancement of employee Benefits and Recognition programs, ensuring alignment with AB InBev's talent attraction, retention, employee well-being, and engagement strategy.
  • Drive market competitiveness through external benchmarking, program evaluation, and innovative reward solutions, translating insights into scalable and employee-centric offerings.
  • Own the end-to-end Benefits portfolio for program like – Creche, EAP, Leaves etc., including policy design, vendor governance, renewals, compliance, and program effectiveness.
  • Partner with stakeholders- HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, People Services, finance, legal, external vendors, and global Total Rewards team to drive successful implementation, governance, and adoption of Total Rewards programs.
  • Support annual benefits renewal processes, vendor evaluations, and negotiations.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations related to benefits, ensuring the organization's total rewards practices are compliant with all applicable laws and standards
  • Lead evaluation, selection, and management of benefit and recognition vendors, ensuring superior service delivery, cost optimization, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Transform and digitize the Recognition processes by leveraging technology, automation, and best-in-class platforms to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver clear, effective, and engaging communication strategies to educate employees about the organization's total rewards programs, ensuring they understand the value and benefits available to them.
  • Utilize data analytics and relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Drive a culture of recognition and well-being through impactful programs that reinforce AB InBev's values, performance culture, and employer brand.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any discipline
  • MBA in Human Resource Management ( 2years – full time)

Experience:

  • Overall 2-5 years of experience.
  • Minimum 1-3 Years of Employee Benefit management & Recognition Transformation Experience
  • Prior experience of working in a HR environment is a must

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong excel & power point skills - Advanced
  • Benefits design & governance – Expert
  • Employee Recognition Program – Expert
  • Data Analysis reporting - Intermediate
  • Market Benchmarking – Intermediate
  • Vendor Management - Intermediate

Preferred (Good to have) Skills:

  • Policy Development - Intermediate
  • Program Governance – Beginner
  • HRIS System ( Workday) – Beginner
