Hiring: Account Executive – Day Shift | Kanpur

As part of our growing team, we are looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our in-house finance & accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily accounting entries in Tally or relevant accounting software
• Handling GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
• Managing petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments
• Generating reports for audits and management reviews
• Coordinating with CAs, tax consultants, and internal teams

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Bachelor's in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or CA Inter (preferred)
• Based in Kanpur or willing to relocate

Requirements

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and billing processes
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable
• Hands-on with bank reconciliation and voucher entries
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Good communication and coordination skills
