Job Overview:

Abir Overseas is urgently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented International Logistics Executive / Logistics Coordinator for a Night Shift role at our Kanpur office. The selected candidate will manage international shipping operations, including export-import documentation, Bill of Lading (BL), and trucking coordination. This position is crucial for communicating with overseas clients and freight partners across different time zones. Strong organizational skills and excellent English communication are essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments (sea, air, and land) to ensure timely deliveries.

• Prepare and manage documentation for export and import, including Bill of Lading (BL), commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.

• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and overseas clients during night hours.

• Track shipments and update internal teams and clients on delivery status.

• Manage trucking logistics and ensure timely container movement.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.

• Maintain accurate records of shipping transactions and costs.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in international logistics, export documentation, and coordination.

• Strong knowledge of BL handling, trucking operations, and international compliance.

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); logistics software knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
