Learning Designer-AI

In this role of Learning Designer – AI, you will apply instructional design expertise within AI-assisted workflows to develop and enhance high-quality digital learning content. You will use generative AI tools to accelerate course development while ensuring strong instructional quality, alignment with learning outcomes, accessibility standards, and assessment effectiveness. The role involves designing and refining structured prompts, critically evaluating AI-generated outputs, and improving content workflows for scalability and consistency. You will collaborate closely with MSEs, AI engineers, and other content teams to ensure instructional integrity and seamless integration across learning solutions.

Strong foundation in instructional design principles, learning objectives, Bloom's taxonomy, and assessment alignment Experience with generative AI tools, including structured prompt design and prompt engineering for educational content creation Ability to evaluate, refine, and improve AI-generated content for instructional quality, clarity, and accessibility Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
