Manager Content Technology

We are looking for a Content Technology Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and management of enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning content delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LMS platforms, content authoring tools, and digital learning standards, with a proven track record in delivering scalable learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead LMS implementation, migration, configuration, and administration (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Open edX). Manage LMS integrations with SIS/HRMS and third-party tools via API/LTI. Oversee eLearning content creation using tools like Articulate 360, H5P, and Learnosity. Ensure compliance with SCORM, xAPI, LTI, QTI, WCAG standards. Drive project execution, from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality. Provide training and support for internal teams, vendors, and clients. Support automation initiatives for content migration and delivery. Manage and mentor the Content Technology team members ensuring their utilization, productivity, quality and upskilling based on market needs.

Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field. 8+ years of experience in LMS implementation and digital learning projects.
