Technical Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to own functional discovery, requirements definition, and delivery coordination for Ellucian Banner ERP integrations. This role will work closely with Ellucian functional experts, solution designers, and engineering teams to deliver customer specific enhancements on top of existing Banner integrations using the Ellucian Ethos platform.This is a hands-on Product Manager role with a strong functional and integration focus, offering a clear growth path into deep Ellucian Banner domain expertise.Key Responsibilities· Own functional discovery and requirements for Banner related integrations across modules such as Student, Financial Aid, and Finance.· Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and scoped deliverables.· Collaborate with Ellucian functional consultants to understand baseline product capabilities and identify customer specific gaps.· Own the functional aspects of integrations built on the Ellucian Ethos Platform.· Work with solution designers and engineering teams to define integration behavior, data flows, and edge cases.· Support assessment activities by defining scope boundaries, assumptions, and functional risks.· Partner with engineering teams on backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.· Participate in design reviews, testing cycles, UAT validation, and go live readiness.· Identify scope gaps early and support change request discussions when required.· Ensure functional documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials are complete and accurate.

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager. Strong experience owning requirements and delivery for enterprise or integration heavy products. Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience working closely with engineering and solution architecture teams. Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
