HelpDesk Engineer I

Responsibilities

• Competent in Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, Linux ,mac TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting of system issues.
• Installation, configuring and maintaining Servers, PC, Notebook, Mac, Printers of our maintenance customers.
• Installation and configuring of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure Cloud Service

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least ITE/ Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering
• 2+ years of experience with system administration, network configuration, or application support in an operational environment
• Candidates with MCSE and Virtualization experience will have an added advantage
• Ability to learn and apply skills in managing and delivering cloud services
• Experience with Virtual Private Networks (VPN)
• Ready to work from office (Pune)
