1. Needs to be from a premier engineering college

2. At least 65 percent avg in all semesters

3. Knowledge of Java/C++/PHP/Rails - At least 2 languages

4. Knowledge UNIX systems authentication and authorizations

5. High Aptitude - to be measured using Cognitive Index Measuring Tests.

6. Travel - 20 to 30 percent.
