Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand business needs, designing and developing software solutions, and ensuring the applications meet quality standards and user requirements. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues, as well as providing technical support and guidance to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with the team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and customize applications using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Configure and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
• Ensure the applications meet quality standards and user requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Professional & Technical Skills:
• • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical and its various modules.
• • Experience in designing and developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization tools and techniques.
• • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• • Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices. Additional Information:
• • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• • This position is based at our Pune office.
• • A Computers PG degree is required.Computers PG
