As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by diligently investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying root causes of disruptions, and ensuring seamless operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of software components.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Boomi Atomsphere Integration.
• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within enterprise software environments.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and diagnostic tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based integration solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
