As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are robust, scalable, and efficient, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the developed applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and reliability.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations for future reference.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools within cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud settings.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• This position is based at our Nagpur office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
