Location: Vesu, Surat

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:

We are hiring an Accounting Executive for a reputed Legal & IPR firm to handle day-to-day accounting operations, government and MIS billing, data entry, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on accounting experience, good knowledge of TallyPrime, and strong attention to detail. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase, sales, bank, and voucher entries
• Pass accounting journal entries and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and manage government and MIS bills
• Handle day-to-day accounting and data entry activities
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial documentation
• Work efficiently with TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel
• Maintain proper accounting records and support internal reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth accounting operations

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Hands-on experience in TallyPrime and MS Excel
• Experience with purchase, sales, bank, and voucher entries
• Good understanding of accounting journal entries
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and coordination skills

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Ability to manage routine accounting tasks independently
