Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview
As a Senior Accounts Associate, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations with accuracy and timeliness. You will ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, maintain reconciliations, and take part in the finalization of accounts. This role offers an opportunity to work in a disciplined yet collaborative setup where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Oversee GST compliance, including computation, return filing, and reconciliation with 2A/2B.
- Manage TDS calculations, payments, and filing of returns as per statutory timelines.
- Prepare and verify Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and other periodic reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements, balance sheet schedules, and other reports, ensuring accuracy for finalization.
- Support the finalization of accounts in coordination with management and auditors.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for statutory and internal audits.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
- Maintain proper documentation and backup for all accounting entries and compliance records.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to corporate-style operations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel is essential.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and finalization processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with an organized and methodical work style.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and accountability.
