Job Title: Tax & Audit Executive
Location: Rustampura, Surat
Industry: CA Firm
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
For Semi-Qualified CA: Up to ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Work Schedule: Extended working hours may be required during peak work periods, particularly June–October.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Tax & Audit Executive to join a professional CA firm. The role involves handling direct taxation, income tax returns, audit assignments, and related accounting and compliance work, with opportunities to gain practical exposure across diverse client assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals and businesses.
- Assist with direct tax-related assignments and compliance.
- Execute and assist in various audit assignments.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation.
- Assist with accounting, reconciliations, and financial documentation as required.
- Coordinate with clients for required financial and tax-related information.
- Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience or practical exposure in Direct Tax, Income Tax Returns, and Audit.
- Strong understanding of basic taxation and accounting concepts.
- Semi-Qualified CA candidates will be considered for a higher salary range.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on client assignments.
- Good communication and professional working approach.

Important Policy
Salary Retention: 10% of monthly salary will be retained until an amount equivalent to one month's salary is accumulated. The retained amount will be paid after completion of one year, as per company policy.
