Career Counsellor

We are seeking a Student Counsellor who can guide prospective students through our admissions and training process. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, target-oriented, and skilled in communication. This role involves engaging with students, explaining course benefits, and supporting them from inquiry to enrolment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, providing detailed information about courses and career outcomes.

●      Counsel students on course selection, eligibility, and learning pathways.

●      Convert leads into enrolments by effectively communicating the value of Australian Accounting & Taxation training.

●      Maintain and update student databases (CRM).

●      Follow up with prospective students to ensure smooth admission and onboarding.

●      Assist with scheduling batches and coordinating with trainers.

●      Build long-term relationships with students, providing ongoing support and resolving queries.

●      Participate in marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

●      Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

●      Minimum 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or education sales.

●      Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

●      Ability to understand and explain educational content confidently.

●      Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving admissions targets.

●      Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

●      Empathetic, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed.

Desirable:

●      Experience in counselling for international or professional education programs.

●      Familiarity with accounting or finance training institutes will be an added advantage.
