Position: SystemEngineer/Sr System Engineer Org IT

Location: Chennai

Reporting to: Manager - Organisational IT • Information Technology • Infrastructure

Key Role:

• Hands on Experience in to Active directory.
• Knowledge on DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN.
• Configuring and troubleshooting desktops and Laptops
• Prioritizing service tickets and providing support service to clients
• Giving support related to network issues to the users.
• Configuring and resolving outlook 2007,2016 issues or webmail issues
• Installation printer, scanner drivers for the required users
• Installing and manage Antivirus (Symantec, MacAfee) in each end-users system.
• Configuration of Wi-Fi and solve the problems related to Wi-Fi
• Handling virus incidents in end users systems and resolving with necessary cleanup activity
