Role: Executive/Senior Executive – Community Sign Up

Purpose of the role:

The primary purpose of this role responsible for driving the successful initiation, onboarding, and management of new and existing projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all projects meet compliance standards, are ready for sales, and contribute to the overall growth and customer satisfaction of the organization. The specialist will work closely with various teams to resolve issues, enhance customer experiences, and ensure the seamless renewal of projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive the addition of new projects and clients & track the total number of projects signed up
  • Focus on signing up high-priority (P1) and secondary-priority (P2) projects.
  • Support the initiation and onboarding of new projects.
  • Track and report on the progress of project sign-ups and net adds.
  • Resolve any issues related to project sign-ups promptly.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective management of CX and FX projects.
  • Ensure all signed projects are compliant with RFS requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation compliance.
  • Manage the renewal process for existing projects to ensure continuity.
  • Ensure timely resolution of any issues related to project sign-ups and ensure that signed projects are ready for sales (RFS)

Must have:

  • Should have min 0-3 year relevant experience in Field Network Engineer role (Broadband)
  • Experience in Fiber Splicing, Crimping, internal wiring.
  • 6 days working and 1 Week Off will be provided on a weekday
  • Immediate joiners or Maximum 10 days' notice period are preferred
