Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process from requisition creation to candidate onboarding for assigned roles.
  • Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
    • Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks.
    • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future and recurring hiring needs.
  • Screening and Assessment:
    • Seview and assess applications, resumes, and CVs against job requirements.
    • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and engaging experience for all candidates, regardless of outcome.
    • Manage correspondence, interview feedback, and offer communication.
  • Recruitment Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
    • Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Source of Hire).
  • Employer Branding:
    • Participate in organizing and attending career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Education and Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition

Essential Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) s
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professional correspondence and candidate engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A basic understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations related to recruitment.
