Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process from requisition creation to candidate onboarding for assigned roles.
- Sourcing and Pipeline Management:
- Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future and recurring hiring needs.
- Screening and Assessment:
- Seview and assess applications, resumes, and CVs against job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and engaging experience for all candidates, regardless of outcome.
- Manage correspondence, interview feedback, and offer communication.
- Recruitment Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics (e.g., Time-to-Hire, Source of Hire).
- Employer Branding:
- Participate in organizing and attending career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Education and Experience
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition
Essential Skills
- Proven hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) s
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professional correspondence and candidate engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A basic understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations related to recruitment.
