Role : Team Leader – Fault Repair

Purpose of the Role:

Responsible for 100% customer Service and maintenance of network element on field in the designated area

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle Zone wise Service restorations.

Ensure safe work environment and adherence to safety norms.

Adherence and maintenance of 100 % quality service restoration

Handling Vendors, Machine and Material

Responsible to ensure customer uptime for his Zone

Responsible for tracking Network Engineers for desired productivity

Conducting Reviews on service levels with Network Engineers

Conducting Reviews with Vendor teams in branch

Tracking of material consumption through CRM

Handling escalations related to Fault repair

Tracking of Nodal, Wrong ticket escalations

Coordinates with Store In charge for materials

Take update on the pending tickets with Engineers

Must have:

Graduate/Diploma/ITI holder in any discipline

Hardware & Networking, MCSE and CCNA preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of total work experience, relevant experience in ISP preferred

Hands-on experience in handling teams with stipulated service levels.
