Role : Executive / Senior Executive – Collection & Retention

Purpose of the Role :
Responsible for collecting payment against the bills billed for the customers and to give feedback to Management regarding service and billing related issues.

Key Result Areas :
This role will impact the collection target, provide input to collection manager with value added information with which business plan can be generated and modified. It will be responsible for meeting collection target in the assigned area. This position has high impact on ACT's success or profitability.

Role Description : 

1. Collect due amount from the customer within the prescribed period
2. Key Submit collected monies to collection head for accounting on the same day of collection
3. Give feedback service-related feedback from customers to Branch Manager / BOI to take necessary action.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by registering customer grievances and follow up of the same.
5. Report billing related errors if any to Branch Collection In-charge for rectifying.

Work Experience :
• Should possess a minimum of 3-4 years of work experience
• Should have experience of door-to-door collection
• Willing to work on filed
• Should possess good communication skills
