Drive initiatives for Fault Rate (FR) reduction and improve overall Network Management (NM) efficiency.

Conduct regular field observations and quality controlling to ensure all network infrastructure work meets specified standards.

Lead and manage the team effectively, including follow-up team activities and supporting field engineers.

Ensure and enforce the effective utilization of the Vendor team for deployment and maintenance activities.
