Position: Team Lead-Information Technology-Analytics

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Manager - Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

The Lead role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analysing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. The Lead is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of Business Processes.

Skills:

• Proficiency in business analytics, Data analytics, Insights generation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL involving but not limited complex joins, rank, row number, etc. Proficiency at QlikView and other Qlik Ecosystem of products.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new Qlik reports, and enhancements to existing reports.
• Provide guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Logical and efficient with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management experience.
