Role: Executive – CCnR Retention

Purpose of the role:

Responsible for driving customer reconnections, revenue collection, agent quality, and customer retention while ensuring adherence to operational standards

Role & Responsibilities:

• Increase customer reconnections and optimize lead management.
• Drive payment collection from reconnected customers and recover outstanding dues.
• Ensure high agent quality scores and minimize critical errors.
• Promote and convert customers to FT plans with payment.
• Reduce churn by providing clear information on offers, dues, and billing cycles.
• Ensure roster adherence with minimal unplanned leaves.

Must have:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in customer retention, collections, or sales.
• Understanding of call center operations and quality standards.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet KPIs.
