This role is responsible for transforming IT operations by managing programs effectively, governing vendors strongly, and coordinating smoothly with multiple technology partners. It leads the delivery of observability, AI based automation, and intelligent tools, ensuring clear ownership, defined milestones, and measurable results. The role requires leading large multi vendor programs, planning ahead, managing dependencies, and ensuring disciplined execution. Working closely with internal teams and vendors across platforms like OpsRamp, ServiceNow ITOM, and AIOps, the focus is on timely delivery, risk control, continuous improvement, and building a resilient, scalable, and future ready IT operations environment.
