Manager - Research & Land Acquisition

• Conduct market research to identify potential land opportunities in target locations.
• Evaluate land parcels based on location, zoning, legal status, and development potential.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and liaison teams for due diligence and feasibility studies.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, and government authorities.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on land proposals and market insights.
• Support management in negotiations and documentation for land acquisition.
• Track real estate market trends, government policies, and competitor developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in land sourcing, acquisition, or property research.
• Strong understanding of land laws, documentation, and local approval processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, GIS tools, and report preparation.
• Ability to travel extensively and work with cross-functional teams.
