**What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies & content calendars
- Create engaging Reels, posts, stories & short-form content
- Come up with hooks, ideas, trends, and creative formats
- Be comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
- Manage community engagement — comments, DMs & audience interactions
- Track content performance and identify opportunities to improve
- Stay on top of social media trends, memes & emerging formats
- Work with the team to take ideas from concept → creation → execution
What We're Looking For
- 🎤 Excellent communication & oratory skills
- 📸 Camera-friendly and confident on video
- 💡 Creative thinker with a strong interest in social media
- ⚡ Quick learner who loves experimenting
- 📱 Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
- 🎬 Basic shooting & video editing skills are a plus
- Experience is not mandatory — curiosity, confidence & willingness to learn are!
