About the Job We are looking for a logically strong and highly motivated Python Fresher who has hands-on project experience (academic or self-led). The ideal candidate is a quick learner, self-driven, communicates clearly, and stays updated with current IT trends. You will work on live client projects under the guidance of senior developers.

Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Python-based web or AI/ML applications Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal instruction. Collaborate effectively with senior developers and communicate progress clearly Follow coding standards and development best practices. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team goals Document code, features, and processes clearly and professionally. Continuously learn and adapt to emerging tools, frameworks, and market trends

Required Skills Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving ability Hands-on experience through personal, academic, or internship projects Good communication skills (verbal and written) Basic understanding of web development (Flask/Django) Knowledge of authentication authorization (JWT, OAuth, sessions) Familiarity with ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy) Understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases Basic cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP) Exposure to CI/CD concepts and Git version control Ability to self-learn and work independently

Nice to Have Exposure to AI/ML tools and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Frontend knowledge, especially in React, Angular, or Vue Experience with Docker, microservices, or API integrations Participation in hackathons, coding contests, or open-source contributions Experience building small AI/ML or full-stack projects
