Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of our property management platform. This role is ideal for someone with about 5 years of hands-on experience across the stack, comfortable in a startup environment, and excited to work on a wide variety of technical challenges — from feature development to API integrations.

You'll be working directly with the CTO, contributing to everything from quality control to backend services and integrations.

• Collaborate with the CTO to design, build, maintain, and debug features across the platform.

• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and services

• Contribute to both frontend (React Native, Flutter, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js) development.

• Ensure performance, security, and scalability as the product grows.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

• Work in a small, agile team where you'll take ownership of projects end-to-end and drive decisions with long-term impacts.

• Previous exposure to small teams/startups where you've worn multiple hats.

• Solid understanding of databases, performance optimization, and security considerations.

• A proactive and strategic, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable shipping independently and collaborating closely to build with scalability, adaptability, and maintainability in mind.

• 5+ years of full stack engineering experience, ideally in SaaS or startup environments.

• Strong skills in TypeScript, React Native, Flutter, and Node.js.

• Experience working with APIs and integrations (payment processors, financial systems, CRMs, etc.).

• Familiarity with real estate, property management, or financial software.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

• UI/UX awareness and ability.
